What happens after I accept an offer?

Once you accept your first offer within the platform, the new placement is created in Work > Placements > Pending.

You then complete four confirmation steps:

  • Step 1: ID check, which can be done before travelling to the Netherlands
  • Step 2: Sign the contract online, which can also be done before travelling to the Netherlands
  • Step 3: Submit your BSN and IBAN once you get them in the Netherlands, with help from staff if needed
  • Step 4: Sign the remaining employment documents online

Once all these steps are complete, your placement status changes to Confirmed and becomes active on your start date. If you have already completed a placement before, a simplified two-step process applies for subsequent placements: you would need to double-check your Dutch address and sign a single document online.
