What CAO rules should I consider for a certain job?

When you create a job posting on Cruits and select a Job Role, the system automatically populates the Hourly Rate from the applicable CAO and this field is not editable, which ensures your base pay rate is compliant by default. However, CAO compliance extends beyond the hourly rate: you also need to consider maximum daily and weekly working hours, mandatory rest periods between shifts, overtime thresholds and surcharge percentages, allowances for unsocial hours (evenings, nights, weekends), and the ABU phase rules that govern contract types as a worker's tenure grows.
