How to properly communicate an incident after a problem on a shift?¶
Please proceed with your regular flow for incidents. If the incident has compliance implications or impacts the placement, also contact Cruits Manager at management@cruits.com.
If timesheet corrections are needed as a result of the incident (for example, adjusted hours due to an early departure), make sure to reflect it in the next timesheet.
If the incident reflects on the worker's conduct, leave an accurate review on their profile after the placement ends so that other employers have relevant context.
