How can I get better ratings from employers?¶

Employer ratings are left after a placement ends and are based on your performance during the assignment.

To receive strong reviews, meet the requirements stated in the job posting, show up reliably, communicate any issues to your supervisor or Cruits manager promptly, and behave professionally on site. You can view reviews you have received in Profile > My Reviews.
