How to plan staffing for a peak season or busy week?¶
Publish job postings well in advance so there is sufficient time for matching, chatting, offer sending, acceptance, and the three-step onboarding process before your peak period begins. The Jobs page metrics cards show your Total Open Positions and Total Filled Positions at a glance, so you can monitor pipeline progress in real time. Use the Flexible Start Date option on the job posting to widen your candidate pool if you need to fill roles quickly. Track active offers and their expiry countdowns on the Offers page, and renew any expiring offers before they lapse. The Dashboard's Active Jobs widget shows workers needed versus hired per job ranked by urgency, giving you an at-a-glance view of where gaps remain.
