Address the pattern directly via the platform's chat: communicate the expected start time clearly and explain the operational impact. Use the chat for a documented record of the conversation. Reflect each late arrival accurately in the timesheet by adjusting the actual start time in the relevant time block before submitting for payroll. If the behaviour does not improve after clear communication and documented warnings, consider reflecting the issue in a review on the worker's profile once the placement comes to the end.
