What does "Open to Work" vs "Unavailable" mean?

Cruits uses three availability statuses:

  • Open to Work: you are actively looking for new assignments. Set an Available from date.
  • On Assignment: you are currently working or otherwise busy, but open to new assignments starting at a certain future date. Set an Available from date for when you become available.
  • Not Open to Work: you are not seeking assignments at this time.
