Why is completing my profile important?¶

A complete profile directly improves your job matching. Employers see your profile when reviewing you as a candidate, and the platform uses your profile data to calculate how well you match available jobs.

Aim for at least 80% completion. Incomplete sections are highlighted in red on your Profile page so you know where to focus.
