How to onboard new flex workers more efficiently?

Use the First Day Instructions field in the job posting to share everything a worker needs to know before day one: reporting location, start time, PPE requirements, dress code, and who to meet. Candidates see this information once their placement is confirmed. Use the integrated chat to communicate proactively before the start date and to confirm the worker has everything they need. Monitor the onboarding process on the placement card so you know exactly when a worker is confirmed and ready to start. On site, apply the same onboarding standards you use for permanent staff: safety briefing, site instructions, and equipment handover.
