What does my matching score mean for the job?¶

The match percentage from 0 to 100% shows how well a specific job fits your profile. It is calculated from your skills and languages, your distance from the job location, your availability, and your shift compatibility.

A higher score means the job is a stronger fit. Jobs with a 60% or higher match will trigger a notification if they are newly posted.
