How to handle when I don't have enough workers for a placement?¶

Go to the Matching Candidates list for the relevant job via "Find More Candidates" on the job posting, filter by availability "Open to Work," and send offers to suitable candidates.

The Dashboard's Active Jobs widget shows workers needed versus hired per job, giving you an urgent priority view. Check the Total Open Positions metric card on the Jobs page to monitor overall gaps.

Also consider using the "Use as Draft" action on the existing job to quickly create and publish a new posting with updated dates to attract fresh applicants.
