How to improve my job description to attract more candidates?¶

Use the job posting form's built-in AI by clicking "Ask AI to write job description" in the Job Description field. The AI generates a relevant description based on your selected job role, position type, schedule, and company profile, which you can then edit and personalise. Supplement the text with photos (JPG, PNG) and a video (MOV, MP4) showing your workplace, culture, and working conditions, up to 10 files of 100 MB each. Be specific in the description about shift times, physical demands, required PPE, and what a typical day looks like. Also define must-have and important skills in Matching Criteria section, as these directly influence which candidates are surfaced and their match scores.
