How to choose replacement workers when someone cancels?¶

Go to the Matching Candidates list for the relevant job via "Find More Candidates" on the job posting. Filter by availability status "Open to Work" and sort by match score to find the best-fitting available candidates quickly. You can also browse the All Candidates view and use the job selection dialog to associate an offer with your open vacancy. Keep in mind that the placement confirmation process takes time even after an offer is accepted, so for urgent same-week replacements, prioritise candidates with "Onboarded" status who can start immediately.
