How to decide if you should fire or give another chance to a worker?¶
Consider whether the issue is a one-off incident or a recurring pattern, whether the worker has previously received clear feedback about the same behaviour (check your chat history for the documented record), and whether the root cause is realistically correctable.
The trial period at the start of each placement is specifically designed for early evaluation. After the trial period, termination for serious reasons or professional misconduct is still possible, but you must contact Cruits Manager at management@cruits.com before proceeding to ensure the process is handled correctly and in compliance with Dutch labour law and your ABU agreement.
