How does recruitment process work within the platform?

  1. You browse jobs on the Jobs page and apply to positions that match your profile.
  2. The employer reviews your application and may message you or send an offer.
  3. Once you receive an offer, you review and accept or decline it in Work > Offers.
  4. After accepting, you complete the placement confirmation steps, such as identity check, documents, and signing the contract, to confirm your placement.
  5. Once all steps are complete, your placement becomes Confirmed and activates on the job start date.
