How to quickly shortlist candidates for the job?¶
Open the job posting and go to the Applications tab to review incoming applicants, or navigate to the Matching Candidates list via "Find More Candidates" on the job posting. Candidates are ranked by match score percentage, so start from the top. Use the filters to narrow by minimum match score, onboarding status, distance range, and availability. Click "View Profile" on each candidate to review their skills, work history, and reviews before deciding whether to proceed. Candidates with an "Onboarded" badge are ready to start immediately, which is an important practical factor when shortlisting for urgent roles.
