How to interpret candidates' ratings and reviews when selecting workers?

Ratings on candidate cards are clickable and show all individual reviews in reverse chronological order, meaning the most recent feedback appears first. Each review includes the reviewer's name and company, the position held, the placement date range, an overall star rating (1 to 5), and written feedback. Look for consistency across multiple placements rather than reacting to a single score, and pay attention to written comments for specific context. Please note the candidate with fewer reviews may simply be newer to the platform rather than unreliable.
