How to evaluate if a candidate is reliable?¶
The "Onboarded" status badge indicates the candidate is fully set up with BSN, housing, and a bank account, which signals practical readiness. Also note their availability status: "Open to Work" indicates active job seeking, while "On Assignment" means they are currently placed elsewhere.
Use the chat to ask direct questions before sending an offer, and use the two-week trial period at the start of each placement for early practical assessment. Also check the candidate's overall rating and the number of reviews on their profile card. Click the rating stars or "View Reviews" to read feedback from previous employers, which includes the position held, placement dates, and written comments. Look for consistent high scores across multiple employers rather than a single data point.
